Vitaquest partnered with North Creek Construction during the first quarter of 2019 to commence design of the new addition. The site aspects of the project presented various challenges that the construction team was able to work through. The new construction project would only be feasible if the design of the building could be accepted and approved by the NJDEP due to the tight land restrictions due to wetlands area close to the proposed building. Careful and detailed coordination and design with the construction team led by North Creek led to a successful pre-construction process that allowed construction to begin in an expedited manner.
The new facility made Vitaquest one of the largest companies of its kind in the United States, increasing the company’s manufacturing, warehousing, product development and laboratory space by over 50%.
